Function Description:
This command is used to constrain cursor movement to the horizontal or vertical direction.
Users can use a pointing device to specify an angle or distance. In Ortho mode,
the cursor movement is constrained to the horizontal or vertical direction according to UCS.
Users can define the horizontal direction to be parallel to the X axis of the UCS and the vertical direction to be parallel to
the Y axis of the UCS.
In a 3D viewport, the ORTHO is defined to be parallel to the Z axis of the UCS. The command prompt displays +Z or –Z according to angle of
the Z axis.
