Function Description:

This command is used to open an existing drawing. The Select Files dialog box is displayed.
Users can open or load a portion of a drawing, including specified geometrics in viewports or layers. In the Select Files dialog box, click the arrow next to the Open button and select Open Read-Only. If the FILEDIA system variable is set to 0, the OPEN command displays a command prompt without dialog box.
Note: If the opened drawing contains macros, the Macros AntiVirus dialog box is displayed.
GstarCAD 2023 supports the opening of ifc format and various third-party drawing files.
