Function Description:
The NAVVCUBEOPACITY system variable is used to control the opacity of ViewCube tool when it is not active.

When specified to be 100, the ViewCube will be opacity to display in drawing window and hide all objects under ViewCube in viewport. If specified to be a value smaller than 100, the ViewCube will fade displaying in the drawing window and all objects under it can be visible. Specified to be 0, the ViewCube will not display in the viewport unless placing cursor on it.
