Function Description:
The INTELLIGENTUPDATE system variable is used to control the graphic refresh rate.

The default value is 20 frames per second. If confronting some problems about generating drawings or timing, users can set it to be 0 to turn it off. The INTELLIGENTUPDATE system variable is used to stop drawings updating until timer expired. The timer will be reset in the subsequent update.
