Insert a block or a drawing into the current drawing.

Command Access:

Command: -INSERT

Command Prompts:

Enter block name or [?] :
Specify insertion point or [Basepoint/Scale/X/Y/Z/Rotate]:

Relative Glossary:

Block Name:
Inputting "\~" in the command line, display the "Select Drawing File" dialog box. Inputting "*" before the block name under the command prompt "Enter block name", it will explode the block and insert each parts of block. The block definition will not be added to the drawing.

?- list block name :
List the currently defined block in the drawing.

Insertion point :
Specify the location of the block or drawing.

Scale factor:
The block or drawing rotates around the insertion point by a speicfied angle. The dimensions of x and y in the block or drawing should multiply by an X scale factor and a Y scale factor.
XYZ:
Set scale factors for X, Y and Z axes.

Basepoint:
Place the block in current drawing temporarily and permit to specify new basepooint when dragging in place, which does not effect the actual basepoint of block reference.
Scale：
Specify scale factors for X, Y and Z axes. The scale factor of Z aixs is an absolute value.
X：
Specify the scale factor of X axis.
Y：
Specify the scale factor of Y axis.
Z：
Specify the scale factor of Z axis.
Rotate：
Specify the rotation angle of insertion block.
