Function Description:
This command is used to display the HELP system. When the tool or command prompt is active, users can press F1 to display the HELP system. Selecting HELP in a dialog box can display its HELP document. Online Help is supported in GstarCAD 2023, by default, the Online Help will be displayed in your default browser. If you do not have Internet access, offline help can be used instead.
