Function Description:
This command is used to edit attributes of blocks. Edits the values, text options, and properties of each attribute in a block.
Command Access:

Menu: Modify > Object > Attribute > Single
Ribbon: Home > Block > Edit Attributes > Single
Toolbar: Modify Ⅱ > Edit Attributes

After you select a block, the Enhanced Attribute Editor dialog box is displayed.
