Function Description:
Custom properties can help you identify your drawing. You can
include any of the drawing properties as a field in a multiple text (MTEXT)
object. These and other properties are listed in the Field dialog box, which is
accessible from the FIELD command.
The properties and settings are available on the following
tabs.
Dialog Box Options:
General tab
Displays read-only information about the drawing file, which is derived from the operating system.
Summary tab
Adds keywords to all your drawing files and then uses Design Center to search for all drawing files with a particular keyword.
Statistics tab
These file properties can help you search for drawings created or modified during a specific period.
Custom tab
Creates a custom property called Project and assigns the actual project name as the value. To assign the same custom properties to a group of drawings, creates the custom properties in a drawing template file.
