All values must be entered in hundredths of millimeters.
System Variable Value:
-1: set the lineweight to be BYLAYER
-2: set the lineweight to be BYBLOCK
-3: set the lineweight to be DEFAULT. The DEFAULT value is determined by LWEDFAULT system variable.
