Function Description:
The BPARAMETERCOLOR system variable is used to set parameter color in block editor.

The valid value includes BYLAYER, BYBLOCK, and integers from 1 to 255. The True color is a strings with RGB in front and each value is separated by a comma. It is entered as the following way: RGB:000,000,000
