Function Description:

Controls the order in which attributes are listed and prompted for when you insert or edit a block reference.

Dialog Box Options:

Attribute Definitions

Lists the attribute definitions in the current block.

Moves the selected attribute definition up in the list.

Moves the selected attribute definition down in the list.
