Function Description:
This command is used to load a specified drawing file, a folder or a network path in Design Center.

Input Path Name \<>:
The specified path or drawing name will be loaded to tree view under the "Folder" option in Design Center. If the target domain or workgroup mapped to drive letter, the ADCNAVIGATE command will support remote domain or workgroup.
Under the command prompt, the following path type could be inputted:
- Folder path
- Folder path and a file name
- UNC network path
