Get Selection by Block Name

You can use the GETBLKSEL function to multi-select objects with the same name in specified area.
Operation steps:
1.Start the command.
2.Select object, specify a block name for operation.
3.Specify the region.
4.System will bring all the blocks with same name in region selected area into the selection.
