Create Radial Dimensions

The radius and diameters of arcs and circles are annotated by Radial dimensions. Optionally centerlines or center marks can be included.
DIMRADIUS command measures the radius of an arc or circle.
DIMDIAMETER command measures the diameter of an arc or circle.
